I miss the ocean so much!!!

Haven't been there in a while, a few months. Even though it's just an hour and a half away from where I live.

Isn't it amazing? It's a free aquarium if you think about it, instant relaxation, you get to sunbathe, get in the water, drink some mojitos, just a great time. I really envy those who live right on the beach, they can have that everyday.
It's one of my goals to one day own a beach front property. Even if I actually accomplish this by when I'm 50! Haha.

Which reminds me, I should start a bucket list here on the blog.

Do you ever wonder what it would be like if we could buy and sell time?
It's so exhausting to be running around all the time, juggling different activities during the day. Trying to please everyone. Maybe that's the problem, pleasing everyone.

Whatever happened to MY.. pleasing?
It seems to me that now, all we do is run around with school, homework, extracurricular activities, sports, dating, going out with friends, work, etc. It's so hard to keep up with everything and if you can't, or if you are not doing a million things at once then you're not part of the cool gang.
Is being exhausted a cool thing now?

When your social life is at it's best, that's when your work/school life is at it's worst. And viceversa. Why is it so hard to find a balance?
Perhaps we should all slow down, enjoy small simple things. Enjoy that cup of coffee! Enjoy that drive to work or school, don't rush. Enjoy that guy/girl you're dating. Don't rush things. It's not a microwave, there's no timer you can work.

I really should start following my own advice sometimes. And I will! Maybe this new blog will help.
